China's manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) rose 1.3 basis points to 51.9 in March after contracting for three months or remaining above the 50 threshold for 13 consecutive months. Data released by the country's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on March 31 shows that China's economy is growing.
After the Lunar New Year holiday in mid-February, the production of Chinese companies accelerated its recovery. Among the 21 industrial sectors monitored by the National Bureau of Statistics, the PMI of 17 industries in March was all above 50, confirming this growth. This point was also emphasized in the analysis report released on Wednesday.
